Delivery, Availability & Order Policy
Delivery is available in selected Moroccan cities and areas, including Rabat, Salé, Témara, Kénitra, Bouznika, Casablanca, Mohammedia, Marrakech, Tangier, Tetouan, Fes, Meknes, Agadir, and selected surrounding areas.
Availability depends on the exact area, delivery date, order time, flower availability, and delivery schedule. Same-day delivery in Rabat is generally available for orders placed before 7:00 PM Morocco time, subject to availability.
If a specific flower, shade, foliage, or wrapping material is unavailable, it may be replaced with a comparable option of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, size, and value of the arrangement. For major changes, we will contact the customer before preparation whenever possible.
The requested delivery date does not guarantee a specific delivery time. Customers must provide accurate recipient details, phone number, and complete address. Fresh flowers are prepared to order, so cancellations or changes are only possible before preparation begins. General returns are not accepted after preparation or delivery.
